CAUSES OF PELVIC FLOOR WEAKNESS

HYGIENE AND MAINTENANCE

Kegel balls must be kept clean to prevent them from becoming infected with any pathogens. To do this, wash them before and after use with warm water and mild soap and dry them with a clean cotton towel.
