When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the carrier you choose, estimated shipping dates may appear on the shipping quote page.
Please also note that shipping rates for many of the items we sell are based on weight. The weight of each item can be found on the respective product page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
You should receive your refund within four weeks of receiving your order, however, in most cases, you will receive your refund sooner. This includes the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), confirm the status of your return (2-3 business days) and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the “Completed Orders” link in the “My Account” menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you of your refund by email once we have received and processed the returned item.

Nuria Roca Nuria Roca Granell (Montcada, Valencia, 1972) has been a television presenter since 1993. She has made programmes for Televisión Española, Antena 3, Telecinco, Cuatro and La Sexta, and has appeared in various programmes on COPE, M80 and Cadena Disque. In 2007 she published Sexualmente; in 2009, Los caracoles não sabe que são caracóls; in 2011, Para Ana (de seus mortos) and in 2012 El inevitabile del amor, the latter two with Juan del Val, all of them in Espasa.
