Is this product reusable?
Yes! The FLIP ZERO EV is fully washable and can be used multiple times. Although the item comes with a sample bag of lube, we recommend TENGA HOLE LOTION for later use.

Is this product electronic?
Yes! The FLIP ZERO EV can be used either manually or with its electronic vibration! The FLIP ZERO EV houses two vibration cores inside the elastomer sleeve, which means that thunderous vibrations flow throughout the item for direct stimulation. The vibration cores are at opposite ends of the item, so the vibrations come from all sides.

What variations of vibrations are there?
There are five varieties of vibration in total.
After turning on the element, pressing the button will cycle through the following modes: Low > Low. High > Pulse > Alternating > Random

Is the piece fully washable?

• DO NOT immerse the charging base. This may cause electrical damage or electric shock.
• Do not wash the item in water above 50 degrees Celsius (122 Fahrenheit) as this may distort or damage the elastomer cover.
• If you want to wash the part with soap, use mild or neutral soap. Alcohols or very acidic/alkaline soaps can damage the elastomer sleeve.
• Make sure the item is completely dry before storing to prevent mold or bacteria build-up.

Can I use the charging base to dry the item while it is wet? A small amount of water dripping from the previous element should not be a problem.
However, do not wash the charging base completely or get it completely wet.

• DO NOT immerse the charging base. This may cause electrical damage or electric shock.
• Avoid charging the item in the bathroom or near any water source that could cause the charging base to become submerged.
• Do not place anything other than the FLIP ZERO EV body or sliding arms on the charging dock.

Can I charge the item while drying it?
Yes! After washing, dry the FLIP ZERO EV body and sliding arms with a dry cloth.
Connect the charging base. Then place the sliding arms on the charging base and place the open body on the sliding arms.
Leave in a dry, well-ventilated place.

• Avoid charging the item in the bathroom or near any water source that could cause the charging base to become submerged.
• Make sure the item is completely dry before storing to prevent mold or bacteria build-up.

Does the item come with lotion?
There are two sample bags of our [REAL] HOLE LOTION included with every FLIP ZERO EV. For later use, we suggest our HOLE LOTION series.
